We conclude that the method can be scalable to different types of images that can be exploited in the medical field. Therefore, this study determined the psychometric properties of a self-assessment scale of digital competencies for teachers of Regular Basic Education. The study was carried out in the Unidad de Gesti´ on Educativa Local (UGEL)/District Education Management Unit of Barranca and Huaura located north of Lima, Peru. A cross-sectional and instrumental quantitative methodological strategy was used, in which exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) techniques were used, and 534 teachers were surveyed. The results show an EFA with two factors and loadings greater than 0.4, a KMO equal to 0.957, and a cumulative variance of 51.30%. The CFA analysis validated three models, where model 2 with three factors, Evaluaci´ on y Promoci´ on (EP)/ Evaluation and Promotion; Recursos Digitales en la Ense˜ nanza (RDE)/Digital Resources in Teaching; and Participaci´ on Profesional en el Aprendizaje (PPA)/Professional Participation in Learning, yielded high correlations and adequate goodness-of-fit indices close to unity (X /df = 1.476; RMSEA= 0.042; TLI= 0.97; and CFI= 0.97). It can be observed that model 2, which includes three factors, presents more appropriate measures, which makes it the most suitable option for assessing digital competencies in teachers of Regular Basic Education. Participaron 1624 estudiantes con edades entre 18 y 40 años. Los resultados muestran que el modelo oblicuo con 24 ítems corrobora la estructura factorial con estimaciones apropiadas. También, permiten describir que el modelo es invariante en cada etapa, configuracional, métrica, fuerte y estricta para la muestra de estudio. En cuanto a los niveles de estrés académico según sexo, se corrobora que existe diferencia significativa con media de mayor magnitud para las mujeres en comparación a los varones. Se evidencia que el modelo oblicuo de 24 ítems es invariante con respecto a la multiculturalidad y que, a su vez, es fiable. Como  resultado,  este  estudio  presenta  una  configuración,  utilizando auriculares  de  la  línea  de  videojuegos  de  alta  definición  Razer,  con  una aplicación  genérica  de  generación  de  funciones,  que  permite  configurar la  salida  independiente  a  cada  auricular,  como  frecuencia  y  nivel  de audio.  El  método  puede  aplicarse  y  escalarse  hacia  el  uso  como audiómetro  de  análisis  rápido,  como  mecanismo  de  evaluación  inicial, para  identificar  posibles  patrones  relacionados  con  el  comportamiento auditivo;  esto  no  puede  reemplazar  el  equipo  de  grado  médico.
